2007 Cabernet Special Select 750 ml
The Cabernet Special Selection goes one step further from our Reserve Cabernet. Selected as the best barrels of the vintage, aged for 27 months in new cooper select French oak barrels from Demptos Cooperage, one of the oldest and most respected in France. Blended with Merlot, Cab Franc, and Petite Verdot, to acheive a rich oppulent wine, with blackberry and mocha laced currant. This wine should age for 10 or more years.

The Merlot is from a 3-acre hillside vineyard on Olive Hill Road in Napa. Yielding less than 3 tons per acre, this wine has a rich extracted style with dark plum and spicey accents and enough structure to satisfy faithful cab drinkers.
